Ordering from HHP is simple! You may:

Discounts
Bookstores receive a 20% discount on all orders placed via phone, fax, or email.
Note: At this time, bookstore discounts are not calculated on orders placed through this website. Thus, you will want to place your order by phone, fax, or email. Thank you.
Our Warehouses
HHP has two warehouses. Our offices and a small warehouse are located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Larger orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via UPS ground. To expedite shipping, or to ship collect or third party, please clearly indicate specific shipping instructions and the collect/third party account number on your purchase order. Thank you.
Tracking information
If tracking numbers do not appear on your invoice, please call 480-991-7881 or email sales@hh-pub.com and provide your PO or invoice number. One of our assistants will be happy to track your package for you.
Returns Policy
Books must have been purchased within the prior 12 months, and must be clean, unmarked, undamaged, and in perfect condition for resale, with shrinkwrap intact and all stickers removed. Bookstores must request permission to return books via fax or email. We will respond to your request within 48 hours. Please note: We have two warehouses and thus two different returns addresses. Books must be returned to the warehouse location indicated in our response to your returns request. If books are returned to the wrong warehouse, you may be charged a restocking fee to cover costs for reshipping those books to the correct warehouse.
Credit Memo/Invoice/Statement Requests
To request a current statement or a copy of an invoice or a credit memo, please call us at 480-991-7881 or email sales@hh-pub.com.
Check Request for Credit Balance
If you wish to request a check refund of an existing credit balance, please provide a written request with all pertinent information via mail, fax, or email (sales@hh-pub.com). Allow 30 days for processing.
Foreign Orders
Prepayment is required for orders shipping outside of North America. You may request a proforma invoice by emailing sales@hh-pub.com. Please plan to provide prepayment via credit card or check.
