RETURNS POLICY

Consumers (bookstores and other resale purchasers please see below)

Items sold by Holcomb Hathaway are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the book’s cost (charges for shipping are not refunded); the returned book must be in perfect resaleable condition, with the shrinkwrap protection still intact, in order for credit to be issued. If the book is being returned due to a shipping or other error by Holcomb Hathaway, all shipping charges will be refunded. Please phone 480-991-7881 or email sales@hh-pub.com with additional questions about returning books.

Bookstores and Other Resale Purchasers

You must request permission to return books (fax 480-991-7881 or email sales@hh-pub.com) so that we may provide the correct warehouse address. Holcomb Hathaway has two warehouses, and books must be shipped to the warehouse we specify when you receive permission to return. If books are returned to the wrong warehouse, we may be forced to charge a restocking fee to cover the cost of our shipping those books to the correct warehouse.

Books must have been purchased within the prior 12 months, and must be clean, unmarked, undamaged, and in perfect condition for resale, with all price markings and stickers removed. Please note that the shrink-wrapping must be intact on returned books.

With the return, please include a copy of the original invoice or other RMA paperwork with invoice number noted. The books must be returned to the warehouse location you are given when you call or fax for permission to return.

In order to ensure proper credit, please do not claim credit for these returns until you have been issued a credit memo from Holcomb Hathaway. Thank you.
